- Read Stephen Covey’s books and make sure to do what’s in your “important” quadrant.
- Have a routine – routines are worth their weight in gold.
- Know what time of the day you’re most productive and do your difficult work then. Do fun and easy stuff when you’re least productive.
- Keep a calendar and to do lists – I recommend Outlook.
- Sequences can be better than schedules – commit to doing one thing before another; doing things in an order that make sense.
- “On time” means “five minutes early.”
