- Create “luck” and “good fortune” by being the most virtuous person you can be at all times! The more kind, hard-working, and courageous you are, the more good fortune you will attract.
- To those who say, “Don’t worry.” I think worrying is great, as long as it’s productive worrying, which leads to constructive action. Worrying is planning ahead, trying to prevent problems, not letting things slip between the cracks, and thinking of solutions to the problems you have. My philosophy is that “God will provide” as long as we’ve done everything we possibly can, ourselves.
- You may not know the good you’re doing until many years later. Things are not always as they seem.
- As long as you’re working on difficult things in all areas of your life – trying to advance in your profession, taking emotional risks, developing your virtue, expanding the love in your heart, increasing your education, practicing fitness – you’re successful.
- Before anything important: don’t distract yourself with radio or TV; think about it; pray about it; consider fasting; make yourself worthy;
