- Move to where you want to spend your life, before you have children, if possible. You’ll never bond to a place as strongly as the place where you raise your children.
- Immediately plant trees.
- Improve the soil through compost, wood ashes, etc.
- Beware of water leaks. They can cause immense damage.
- Get a reverse osmosis water purifying system installed for drinking water.
