- Drink green tea daily, and fruit tea in the evening
- Have a tea warmer at your desk
- Vegetables and fruits should be at the bottom of the “food pyramid” (eat the most of them)
- Use a Sonicare toothbrush
- Store top & bottom separately
- Wash them in the dishwasher or by hand regularly
- Use tea tree oil toothpaste.
- Brush your tongue a lot after brushing your teeth.
- Eat xylitol gum or mints frequently. Keep them in your car, and consume when you’re a little hungry.
- Use tea tree oil shampoo to avoid dandruff.
- Use low-tech alternative health remedies whenever possible.
- When your legs hurt, raise them on a pillow.
- Use “hands-on healing” whenever possible – get a loved one to give you a massage or just put their hands on where you’re hurting.
- Rest and a hot bath cure most problems.
- Don’t take pills if possible – they just mask your symptoms, which are telling you to rest or get to the root of a problem.
- When you have a headache, look for the psychological causes.
- Stretch before exercising. If you don’t stretch your legs before running, you can get shin splints. If you don’t stretch in general before exercising, you can get hurt.
- Change your socks & underwear every day.
- Wear two different pairs of shoes.
- Sickness is usually caused by pushing yourself beyond your limits, or needing to rest. Learn what your limits of work and stress are, and don’t push yourself beyond them. If you have something that’s too much that you have to do, let other things go (i.e. cleaning).
- When you’re feeling sick or depleted, you need warmth, rest and altitude: drink hot tea, take a hot bath, lay down, drop all responsibilities, elevate your legs.
