- Pray for guidance and signs from God.
- If you’re having a hard time deciding, delay, and keep your options open for as long as possible.
- Ask for advice from as many people as possible. Then make your own decision, ignoring all the advice if necessary.
- If humiliation is the only risk, don’t let that stop you.
- What’s worth doing is worth doing badly. In other words, often it’s better to do something, knowing you can’t do it well, than to not do it at all.
